Festival Rules
Your enjoyment, comfort, safety and security are our highest concerns. As such, we have a few guidelines and rules that all attendees, staff, vendors and artists will need to follow.
- Wear your wristband at all times. All ticketed patrons will be wristbanded at the gate. These wristbands must be worn throughout the entire festival. Anyone found in the venue without a wristband will be subject to a $150 fine and/or immediate removal from the premises.
- Use the satellite lot if you’ll need to leave. With a need to keep onsite car traffic to a minimum, car campers (who pre-purchase a car camping pass) will be escorted in and parked. Once parked, their vehicles must remain in their spots until the event is over. All other vehicles will be placed in the satellite parking area outside the venue, and they may come and go as they please.
- Do not build open fires. Campfires are only permitted in existing fire rings and must be monitored at all times. If you must cook food over a flame, please do so only on a grill and make sure your fire or hot coals are never left unattended.
- Leave Fido at home. We love dogs, but a music festival is not a good place for a pet. Dogs are often lost or stolen. They can make non-dog-lovers uncomfortable and, no matter how good they act at home, they always have the ability to bite someone. If you can’t find a friend to watch your pooch at home, visit Information page for numbers to local kennels.
- Be sure to bring some cups. There’s tons of soft grass at Deerfields, and a lot of folks will be going shoeless. Cans and glass bottles can create a problem if tossed around the ground. Plastic water and soda bottles are fine, but please place all other canned or bottled beverages in a cup, and please respect the grounds by properly recycling or disposing your trash.
- If you’re not an official festival vendor, don’t sell anything. Per Federal, State and Local regulations, vending is only allowed with a permit. Please don't sell anything if you don't have a permit, and please don't buy anything from an unlicensed vendor.
- Under-aged drinking is prohibited.
- Obey all laws. We recognize everyone's rights as American citizens, but we do not condone illegal behavior or the possession or use of illegal items. Police will be present at the festival for the safety, security and well-being of all attendees. Please respect them and all local, state and federal laws they’re sworn to uphold.
